Robbie Robinson Hutchens is a native of middle Tennessee and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1986. She received her Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Technological University in Technical Communication in 1990. Robbie entered graduate studies in Texas at Abilene Christian University and received a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy in 1994. Robbie offered clinical services at the Genesis Center in Dunwoody, Georgia from 1994-2000 for her internship. Robbie was licensed in Texas as an LMFT in 2000 and transferred this licensure to Tennessee in 2007. After an extended maternity leave, Robbie opened Signet House for business in August of 2007.
Robbie is a Clinical Fellow of the The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, serves on the Judicial Committee, and is a member of Family TEAM and MFTs in Schools Network. She is a member and past president of the Tennessee Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Robbie enjoys volunteering for Thistle Farms and St. Augustine's Episcopal Chapel in Nashville, Tennessee. She spends her free time with husband, David, (www.DavidHutchens.com), children, Emory and Oliver, and Shih Tzu, Rosie. She is an avid Trekkie and relishes genealogy and archaeology.
