Currently all of Robbie's consulting and advocacy services are offered virtually through a HIPAA compliant platform, DOXY. Please note that Robbie no longer offers clinical therapy services and has closed her private practice.

Q. What is Signet House, LLC?
A. Signet House is the name of Robbie Robinson Hutchens' consulting practice and related advocacy services, which is incorporated as an LLC. It is also the name of the office suites where her office is located. The building is home to other independently practicing licensed professionals, none of whom is responsible for the actions or omissions of the others. Each operates separately from Robbie's business, Signet House LLC, and has his or her own separate philosophies, theoretical orientations, business practices, and so on. Check in often as office space for licensed practitioners may be available for rent.

A. No, Robbie does not bill insurance for consulting or advocacy services. All services are private pay.

A. All are welcomed at Signet House, LLC. No one will be refused service based on race, religion, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, disability, gender, health status, national origin, gender identity, or relationship status. Robbie abides by the AAMFT Code of Ethics. Click here to find the code.
There are times when Robbie cannot offer services due to conflicts of interest or because her part-time consulting caseload is full. Also, if your needs are out of her scope of practice or level of competency, she will refer you to another provider. Referrals are made based on her clinical judgment and in the best interest of your stated goals.

A. The Signet House Office Suites may be found in the historic district of downtown Smyrna, Tennessee: 103 Maple Street, Smyrna, Tennessee 37167. Please note the address is not on Maple Drive. It is located just off of Lowry Street in a secluded, semi-residential area. The building is a 1940's era home that is zoned for commercial use. It is a quiet and peaceful locale.
